Internship Experience

At Universal Pictures and Focus Features, I learned the ground floor basics. I worked on press breaks every morning, met tight deadlines, answered phones and ran errands for influential creators. At Focus Features, I worked the premiere of BlacKkKlansman which prepared me to assist at events. I gained invaluable professional skills that aren’t taught in the classroom, and this came from working closely with the upper management publicity team. Through my experience at Newhouse, I can't wait to bring what I have learned in the classroom and apply the skills to my future career.
